Andrea handles business and marketing operations. She is also a member of Sebastian's Steering Committee. Her solid academic background serves as a great asset to the team and to operations. She is originally from Bolivia and comes from a strong corporate background. Andrea learned to skydive at Sebastian. She has become a keen free flyer with an excess of 300 jumps. Her upbeat and positive personality is a warm welcome to jumpers from all over the world.

Ian is from the United Kingdom. Ian has been in the sport for over 15 years and has over 14,000 skydives to his credit. Ian serves as the Drop Zone's Safety & Training Advisor and is a member of Sebastian's Steering Committee.

Uwe, originally from South Africa, has been in the sport for over 12 years. Uwe has accumulated in excess of 13,000 skydives and has been with Skydive Sebastian for over 10 years.

Rob hails from the United Kingdom. Formerly a member of the British National Champion 4-way team, Sebastian XL, he has competed in several 4-way and 8-way world championship competitions. Rob has been in the sport over 21 years and has been associated with Skydive Sebastian for over 10 years and has accumulated well over 14,000 skydives.

Craig is originally from South Africa and has been in the sport for over 17 years. He is an avid jumper and has an extensive knowledge in the sport.

Scott hails from Baltimore, Maryland. Scott has been skydiving for over 20 years and has over 16,000 jumps. Scott was the videographer for the 1999 Freestyle Champions.

Marcus was born and raised in the Florida keys, and has always lived in Florida. He is a full time resident of Sebastian. He did his first tandem on his 18th birthday at Skydive Sebastian and was hooked. He started skydiving and never looked back. Marcus has more than 1600 skydives.

Lyle has been at Skydive Sebastian since the beginning. Lyle is a frequent guest organizer and operates the Gear Shop at the DZ as well as acting in an advisory capacity to the Steering Committe.

Mary Cruz operated the Zoo Bar & Cafe. Mary, who, graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology was born and raised in beautiful Sebastian Florida. She has worked in the restaurant industry for over 6 years and although she has only jumped once, she's looking forward to jumping again!
